Local Space required a senior leader who could strengthen statutory compliance while providing clear assurance to the Executive Team, Audit and Risk Committee and Board. 

Eastlight needed an executive leader capable of connecting strategy with frontline delivery. The organisation required someone with genuine housing management expertise, not simply customer service experience.

Designed around Red Kite's long-term ambitions, Neemar partnered with Red Kite to find a candidate who could bring together expertise across organisational culture, people strategy, communications and transformation, while operating as a strategic executive partner to a newly appointed Chief Executive. 

Neemar Search partnered closely with Peter Cogan to define the profile required for this newly created executive position. The brief required a leader with deep operational credibility, particularly within property services and repairs, while also possessing a genuine appreciation for the importance of housing management and resident engagement.
