Introducing the fourth member of the Neemar Search team, Paul Raymond.

We are delighted to introduce the fourth member of the Neemar Search team, Paul Raymond.  Paul joins us as an Associate Director with a wealth of experience and expertise in the housing sector. Opening our London office, Paul will work closely with Tom and the team, focusing primarily on delivering interim executive appointments within the Housing sector and building out our London office.

Paul shared his thoughts on his new role.

 "I am thrilled to be joining Neemar Search to lead the interim practice. This move feels like a full circle career moment for me; Tom and I were both hired on the same day at Michael Page in 2013 to establish their Housing offering and worked closely together for many successful years there. The opportunity to work alongside one another again after so many years was a no-brainer. Neemar has already built a fantastic brand as well as a reputation for providing exceptional service, it is going from strength to strength. After some time spent recruiting into the private real estate market, I am very excited to be returning to the housing space which is a sector I know and love. In such a regulated and competitive environment, the pressure has never been greater on housing leaders to deliver. I look forward to working with connections old and new to add value where I can".
