Neemar Search's Partnership with BEAM

At Neemar Search, we aim to be intentionally different and make genuine changes within our communities. We want to create a community within the industry that strive to do things differently. As part of our values, we want to not only collaborate with clients but we also be a force for good.

With that being said, we are delighted to be partnering with Beam - an innovative crowdfunding platform designed to help homeless people across the UK regain their independence through career opportunities. Our purpose is to change lives through creating opportunities for people to reach their full potential and this ties in perfectly with Beams aims to tackle homelessness through career opportunities.

Our Partnership with Beam

For every placement made with Neemar Search, we give a gift card to the employer and place employees to donate to Beam and make a difference in a homeless person’s life. This means that whenever you use our services, search or interim, you will be supporting homeless individuals to take control of their futures.  
We also will be holding fundraisers outside of our regular donations to continue our support for Beam, and a proportion of our profits will be donated to Beam.

How Beam works….

• Each person crowdfunding on the platform is referred to Beam from a homeless charity or local council.
• Beam provides each referred person with a dedicated support specialist who supports them throughout their journey into their new career.
• The support specialist conducts basic security checks to ensure the referred person is mentally and physically ready to enter full-time employment.
• A tailored career plan is developed, building on their individual strengths, interests, and plans.
