The Challenge
Great Places Housing Group required a visionary Chief Property Officer to join its Executive Team at a time of growth, strategic renewal and regulatory change. This senior leadership role encompassed responsibility for asset management, building safety compliance, carbon reduction, repairs, facilities management and materials supply across a portfolio of over 25,000 homes.
With a forward-looking corporate plan and an ambition to become a data-led organisation, the brief demanded a leader who could deliver cultural and operational transformation, enhance customer satisfaction and meet complex statutory obligations. The successful candidate would need to work collaboratively across internal teams, regulatory bodies and strategic partners to ensure Great Places remained a modern and resilient housing provider.
