The Challenge
Golding Homes created the role of Executive Director of Business Change to lead digital, data, business improvement, people and culture, and communications. With an ambition to become a high-performing, data-driven organisation, Golding needed a leader who could drive transformation, modernise processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. The organisation had previously approached change in a fragmented way, and this role was key to delivering a holistic, strategic transformation programme. Immediate priorities included developing a new operating model, refreshing the IT roadmap, improving customer engagement, and leading a strategic review of repairs and maintenance services.
